Matt is the owner and Lead Inspector at Texas Edge Home Inspections. He has built his reputation through his passion for helping people learn about their homes and his thoroughness in his inspection reports. Since 2017, Matt has performed over 2000 inspections across the Greater Houston Area. In addition to holding a Professional Home Inspectors License, Matt is licensed to inspect for wood destroying insects. 

Louis spent 8 years in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2005-2013. This laid the groundwork for the discipline he would need to be successful in his next line of work. Louis spent 5 years inspecting above ground storage containers in the oil and gas industry. No stranger to inspections, Louis became licensed to become a Professional Inspector in 2022. He has a keen eye for detail as well as the same work ethic and thoroughness as our owner, Matt.
